Description
Mixed used tower design part of Design 5 from collage of architecture at KSU. It includes mall, food court, hanging garden, entertainment area and residential zone which cinsists of stodio. The project is located at king fahad road, which the tower increases the city value.
Project overview
The integration of architecture with energy, where the five energy elements were integrated, namely: earth, wood, fire, metal and water, and the main purpose is to take the maximum benefit from these natural elements.

Results
This project allowed me to develop a deeper understanding of urban planning and vertical mixed-use development. I designed a mixed-use tower that integrates a mall, food court, hanging garden, entertainment spaces, and residential studios.
Located on King Fahad Road, the project aims to enhance the city’s value and create a vibrant, multifunctional destination.
